Jane Goodall is a renowned global advocate for conservation and animal welfare, dedicating her life to traveling the world and spreading her message of environmental stewardship. As the founder of the Jane Goodall Institute, she leads efforts to protect chimpanzees and their habitats, promote sustainable practices, and educate future generations through programs like Roots & Shoots, which empowers young people to make a positive impact on their communities and the environment.

Jane’s journey began in London, where her love for animals was sparked by a childhood gift—a toy chimpanzee named Jubilee. This passion led her to Tanzania in 1960, where her groundbreaking study of wild chimpanzees in Gombe Stream National Park challenged the scientific community’s understanding of what separates humans from other animals. Through her work and the Jane Goodall Institute, established in 1977, Jane has become a leading voice in global conservation, inspiring countless individuals to take action in protecting endangered species and our planet.
